Before we can deliver an arrangement we are required to obtain “permission to arrange” license from the copyright holder. Some arrangements take days or even weeks to license (and others are simply declined by the copyright holder). Some arrangement license within a few days; however, as the licensing process is out of our control, we can't guarantee any title will be licensed immediately.
